TattooUrs, Istanbul, Turkey, operates this website and decides how your data is processed. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].

Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form we receive the fields you fill in: your name and email address (required), and optionally your country, WhatsApp number, message, preferred tattoo size, package, style, travel dates, and which design you were looking at.

Information collected automatically. With each form submission we store your IP address and browser user agent. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested address, time, browser).

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking script on this site. The only cookie we set is a login cookie for site administrators, which ordinary visitors never receive.

• To prepare and send you a quote and to reply to your request — this is the whole purpose of the form.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the form, and to keep the site secure and available. The IP address is stored for this reason and to be able to tell genuine enquiries from automated ones.

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, we rely on your consent and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR) for handling your enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in a secure, spam-free website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security logging.

Quote requests are stored on our own dedicated server in Germany (hosted by Contabo GmbH). They are not stored in any third-party CRM or marketing platform. Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which provides our content delivery and protection against attacks and processes connection data on our behalf.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Your details are shared only with the tattoo studio, hotel and transfer partners needed to put together the quote you asked for, and only when that is necessary to answer you. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

• Quote requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up and keep a record of what was quoted. Longer only where tax or accounting law requires it.
• Server access logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw your consent at any time — that does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

This site is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Tattoo bookings are only accepted from adults.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated by email.
